 y\, and good communication\nSupporting your pastor's well-being\, growth\,
  and boundaries\nNavigating concerns and conflict in healthy ways\nPractic
 al next steps for starting or renewing your committee\nOpen to PPRC member
 s\, pastors\, church moderators\, and lay leaders who want to strengthen t
 he partnership between pastor and congregation. Churches are encouraged to
  send their pastor along with two or more committee members so you can lea
